GTGlobe constantly seeks qualified photovoltaic and hydronic heating systems installers interested in developing new opportunities promoting green energy solutions and carbon-neutral heating solutions.
What is the roof-top revolution?
What is a zero-net energy building?
A zero-energy building produces on-site as much energy coming from renewable energy sources than it consumes from external, traditional energy sources, on an annual basis. These buildings contribute less to overall greenhouse gas production. Such a building obtains around half of their energy from the grid, and return the same amount at different moments throughout the year.
If a building produces a surplus energy over a year, it is referred to as an “Energy Plus Building”. The International Living Future Institute developed in 2011 the “Net Zero Energy Building Certification”.
What is carbon neutral?
It is a group of innovative solutions using woods, grains, and chips as combustible energy source in high efficiency boilers, controlled by electronic circuits. This approach offers sustainable solutions that respect the environment, and an alternative to petroleum. It’s referred as biomass, an equilibrium concept between the growth of forests and the consumption of wood and its derivatives as energy source, returning back to the atmosphere the CO2 that’s absorb by the vegetation.
